Property Completion Specialist (Post Completion)

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded Liverpool law firm looking to expand their busy property team with the addition of a Property Completion Specialist.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven and proactive individual to play a key role in the final stages of both residential and commercial property transactions. Working closely with the Post Completion Manager, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring files are completed efficiently, lender requirements are met, and registrations are handled within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
- Submitting applications to HM Land Registry, including transfers, leases, discharges, and charges
- Managing Land Registry requisitions promptly and within deadlines
- Preparing and serving Notices to Freeholders and/or Management Companies, including arranging payments
- Registering and redeeming mortgages in line with lender requirements
- Closing files in line with firm procedures and compliance standards
- Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
- Liaising with lenders, clients, and HM Land Registry
- Monitoring lender portals, downloading mortgage offers, and uploading documentation
- Tracking outstanding matters and managing key dates, including OS1 deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with SRA, AML, and internal policies
- Supporting fee earners with post completion queries
- Providing support and cover for the Post Completion Manager when required
- Escalating complex issues when appropriate
