About the role
As Cook in charge, you will manage the preparation of all meals within the home, ensuring that any special dietary requirements are catered for.
Meals will be prepared to an excellent standard and quality. You will create and maintain cooking and cleaning regimes for all areas of the kitchen in line with Health and Safety and Company guidelines to ensure safe working practices in the home.
About you
- Previous catering experience - preferably in care home setting
- Excellent cooking skills with an understanding of dietary requirements including intolerances and allergies
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Committed to helping improve the quality of life for our residents
- Committed to developing our people through training and innovative practice
