We're looking for Kitchen Porter to perform and supervise all aspects involving washing up, cleaning, basic food preparation and the smooth running of the kitchens. Duties include:
- Keeping kitchen areas clean and sanitised
- Washing all cooking tools and utensils fast
- Supporting kitchen staff by taking on food prep task
- Follow instructions precisely, as lead by Head Chef and Head Kitchen Porter
- Clean up breakages and spillages to prevent accidents
- Clean and maintain bin areas; placed and ready for collection in appropriate areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or similar.
- Happy working on their own and as a team
- Apply only if you can travel to CR4 3TD (Mitcham)
- Casual hours to suit you and the business need
- Able to work 40 hours / week. ( weekend availability needed)
- We are currently operating a morning shift however towards the end of summer this will change to evening therfore must be flexible.
