NorMed UK are currently looking for Paramedics 5 years post registration and experience of working in a busy GP Practice. This is an exciting role and combines Telephone Triage in the mornings with some clinic / home visits in the afternoon.
2 days/ week (Monday and Tuesday)

We are actively seeking a Paramedic who has experience in the Primary Care setting and is passionate about patient care. This exciting exciting opportunity combines triage and home visiting within a busy GP Practice in the Croydon area.
If not already a registered First Contact Practitioner (FCP) , the Role will require a commitment to register on to the FCP pathway, which NorMed UK will fully support you in. You will collaborate closely with GPs and other Healthcare Professionals, conducting remote patient triage, face to face patient assessments in a clinic environment with some home visits where you will be assessing both acute and chronic presentations, assisting with care plans, making referrals to community teams, updating records, ensuring patient safety and administering vaccinations.
Requirements:
Essential:
- HCPC registered Paramedic since 2021 or earlier..
- Willingness to complete essential development and portfolio work.
- Experience in a Primary Care setting
- Familiar with the use of EMIS
- Triage experience in Primary Care
- Full driving license and access to own transport
Desirable:
- Urgent and Primary Care HEE level 7 education
- First Contact Practitioner
