The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will run a dedicated kitchen section under our Head Chef.
- Prepare and present refined, award-winning seasonal dishes.
- Manage fresh ingredient preparation, including nose-to-tail butchery.
- Train and support junior Commis Chefs on your section.
- Maintain impeccable food safety, HACCP, and portion control standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a CDP or Senior Commis in a fresh-food, rosette, or high-volume kitchen.
- Genuine interest in modern British techniques and local seasonal ingredients.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen health & safety regulations.
- Transport: Due to our stunning rural location, reliable personal transport is highly recommended.
