Salary: £60,000 per annum
Are you an experienced hospitality leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a driven Operations Manager to lead a high-profile foodservice operation, delivering exceptional customer experiences, strong commercial performance, and outstanding team leadership.
What You'll Do

Lead the day-to-day operation of a large-scale catering and hospitality contract.

Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Drive operational excellence across food, service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Manage, coach, and develop a team of managers and frontline colleagues.

Monitor financial performance, including sales, labour, margins, and food costs.

Identify opportunities to improve service standards, efficiency, and profitability.

Ensure all health, safety, food safety, and compliance standards are maintained.

Analyse customer feedback and operational data to continuously improve performance.

Support recruitment, succession planning, training, and colleague development initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Significant senior management experience within hospitality, catering, or foodservice operations.

Experience leading and motivating management teams to achieve commercial and operational targets.

Multi-site management experience, or responsibility for a large single operation with substantial turnover.

Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and profitability.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

A hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional service.

Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and operational best practice.

Contract catering experience would be highly advantageous.
