The Role:
You’ll be the Manager’s right-hand person, keeping our after-school clubs running like clockwork. From leading a brilliant team to dreaming up activities that kids actually want to do, you’ll be the heartbeat of the club.
The Logistics:
- Term Time Only: 26.25 hours/week (7.30 am-9.00 am and 2:45 pm – 6:30 pm, Mon–Fri).
- OR Year-Round: Working across multiple sites 42.5 hours per week
What you bring to the table:
- The Credentials: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Childcare.
- The Brains: Great knowledge of the EYFS and a knack for staying organised.
- The Spirit: Previous leadership experience and a "can-do" energy that fits our fun, fast-paced vibe.
