Destiny Entertainments Ltd is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our team based in a modern, purpose-built facility. This is a flexible, zero-hours contract ending 31 December 2026, ideal for individuals seeking work around other commitments, study, or perhaps a second job.
Job Purpose
To pack customer orders accurately and efficiently at a packing bench and safely stack completed orders onto pallets, helping to ensure orders are prepared correctly for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently at a designated packing bench
- Check items and quantities to ensure orders are packed correctly
- Secure and stack completed orders safely onto pallets
- Keep the packing area clean, tidy and organised
- Follow instructions and meet required packing and productivity standards
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Skills & Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic IT skills for packing systems
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of a warehouse environment
- Good communication skills
- Warehouse experience preferred but not essential

Flexible Shift System
This is a zero-hours contract running from ASAP until 31 December 2026, with no guaranteed minimum number of hours.
Available shifts will be advertised and offered for employees to claim or apply for via a mobile app, rather than being automatically scheduled. Workers can choose to apply for shifts that suit their availability, subject to business requirements and approval.
Shifts may be available Monday to Sunday, including weekends, depending on operational requirements. Typical shift times will be 17:00 - 22:00, although these may vary.
