We're looking for a compassionate and caring Live-in Care Professional to support a lovely lady in the EH15 area of Edinburgh to continue living safely and happily in the place she calls home.
This is an incredibly rewarding role for someone who enjoys providing high-quality, person-centred care while developing a meaningful relationship with one client.
What you'll be doing
As a Live-in Care Professional, you'll become a trusted companion, providing support with:
- Personal care delivered with dignity, respect, and compassion.
- Medication support and prompts.
- Preparing nutritious meals and encouraging hydration.
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Supporting daily routines and helping maintain independence.
- Light housekeeping to ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Kind, compassionate, and naturally caring.
- Patient, dependable, and respectful.
- Passionate about making a positive difference in someone's life.
- Able to build genuine relationships based on trust and companionship.
- Experienced in care is essential , but your values and caring nature are what matter most, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
-The successful candidate must be female due to the nature of the personal care required and therefore we will only accept female applicants.
- Ready to start this position by 21st September 2026 on a working rota of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
