Do you have experience in administration or coordination roles? If so, we are looking for you! We have an exciting opportunity to join our Scheduling team.
Step Into the Role
With an administration/coordination background, you will be responsible for sample scheduling. From discussing client requirements and receiving samples to coordinating sample transport and testing, you will coordinate the sample journey from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end client requirements
- Log information and data within the scheduling platform
- Respond to client and laboratory queries
- Email sample receipts and reports
- Interpret client requirements and enter them into the database by selecting the most appropriate options for testing (training will be provided)
- Take responsibility for your own Health & Safety while working on the premises and report any unsafe practices

Your profile
You will have a strong analytical approach, excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy, and experience working within a quality-driven environment. You will also have excellent customer service and IT skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new in-house systems and processes.
Qualifications required:
- GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in Science
Desirable:
- Educated to A Level in science subject(s) or to degree level in another discipline
Experience required:
- Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
Whilst no previous experience within a laboratory or science-related environment is required, it would be desirable
