Good knowledge of beauty products and confidence in advising customers on the right products to choose would be an advantage.
Must be fully flexible as weekday and weekend working is required. Availability from 9am until 9pm
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills
- Maintain organized displays and stock levels, ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-presented
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customer interactions while meeting daily sales targets
- Confidently be able to engage with customers on Promotions and weekly deals to maximize sales.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
