We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clients to ensure good communication and build strong relationships.
Where needed the candidate will be able to support the payroll and bookkeeping functions with data inputting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure clients are aware of deadlines, and co-ordinate with the clients to obtain all records and information as required.
- Develop relationships with clients to optimise service.
- Assist with payroll and bookkeeping through data inputting and ensuring relevant information is available as needed.
- Support Accounting team to ensure smooth operation and communication between clients and team members.
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with client management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of payroll and handling personal data
