Job Summary:
Ty-Gobaith Life House provides transitional supported accommodation, residential detox and intensive support service for individuals who our homeless and in need.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated individual, to take on an exciting opportunity in the role of Support Worker. This role is a unique opportunity for those looking to develop their abilities in working with people who are homeless and experiencing difficult times.
Ty Gobaith provides transitional hostel accommodation and person-centred support, focusing on the strengths and abilities of those who call our life house their home.

Responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control.

Responsible for addressing client support needs, enabling them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empowering them to lead more sustainable lifestyles.
Successful candidate will have:

The ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues across the centre to deliver high quality support.

Ability to be proactive in taking on duty management responsibilities and assisting in the successful operation of the Lifehouse.
