Wholesale Café Sales Representative – London
Commission Only (High Earning Potential)
Simple Bakes is a London-based wholesale bakery specialising in premium vegan and gluten-free products for independent cafés and specialty coffee shops.
We are expanding our wholesale network across London and are looking for a driven, field-based sales representative to help grow our café partnerships.
This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential for the right person.
About the Role
This is a field-based, acquisition-focused position.
Your role is to approach independent cafés and specialty coffee shops across London, introduce our wholesale offering, and convert them into active accounts.
You will work directly with the founder and focus purely on new business acquisition.
- This is not a desk job.
- This is not a marketing role.
- This is in-person relationship building.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting independent cafés across London (2–3 days per week minimum)
- Speaking directly with owners and managers
- Presenting our wholesale product range clearly and confidently
- Introducing our unique selling points (high GP, no minimum order, reliable delivery)
- Coordinating and delivering sample boxes
- Following up within 3–5 days
- Moving qualified cafés to onboarding stage
You will track activity weekly and report on:
- Cafés visited
- Conversations held
- Samples delivered
- Follow-ups booked
- Accounts signed
Compensation
15% commission on wholesale revenue for the first 3 months per signed café.
Commission is uncapped.
Paid monthly based on actual wholesale revenue.
