Job Summary
Studio Goshu Creative Design & Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Digital Design Manager to lead digital design projects, creative teams, and the development of engaging visual experiences across web, mobile, marketing, and digital platforms.
The successful candidate will combine creative expertise with strong project leadership to deliver high-quality digital experiences that meet client, brand, and commercial objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead digital design projects from concept through final delivery
- Manage and mentor digital designers, creatives, and freelance specialists
- Develop engaging designs for websites, digital campaigns, social media, and interactive experiences
- Oversee UI design, visual systems, digital assets, and brand applications
- Translate client briefs and business requirements into effective design solutions
- Manage project schedules, resources, workloads, and creative priorities
- Collaborate with UX, development, marketing, content, and client-service teams
- Review creative work and maintain consistent design and brand standards
- Present design concepts and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor emerging digital design trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
- Experience in digital design, visual design, UI design, creative services, or a related field
- Experience managing designers, creative projects, or multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of digital design principles, typography, layout, and branding
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar professional design tools
- Understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles
- Strong communication, organisation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant digital design work is preferred
- Relevant design qualification or equivalent professional experience is advantageous
