About the role
We are looking to recruit a Deputy Campus Manager to work alongside the Campus Manager and other staff based at our Weelsby Campus in Grimsby.
The Deputy Campus Manager will provide high quality, consistent guidance and development to support staff, they will assist staff at all levels to ensure that the campus is a thriving inclusive learning environment that meets all student needs. The Deputy Campus manager will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the campus in the absence of the Campus Manager, including responsibility and management of site visitors, parents, carers and the supervision and directing of all staff on site. The Deputy Campus Manager will assist in the event of any incidents of concern and undertake staff de-briefs.
The Deputy Campus Manager will support the development of support staff through mentoring, professional development and the provision of a safe, including and high quality learning environment that effectively meets the needs of all students.
The Deputy Campus Manager will be responsible for developing and co-ordinating Community Engagement and forging strong relationships with outside agencies and the wider community.
About you
· Line management experience
· Experience of working within an education setting
· Qualified to L3 ideally in education or business management
· Knowledge of the OFSTED Framework
· Experience of rostering staff and knowledge of staff ratios

You will be joining a 600 plus team of staff and volunteers who are working county wide in the Lincoln, Spilsby, Skegness, Louth, Alford, Mablethorpe, Beverley and Grimsby areas.
