Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Banking Hub Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking transactions in a courteous manner
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Resolve customer queries or direct them to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information in compliance with data protection policies
- Support the team in maintaining a tidy and organised service area
- Follow all security procedures to ensure the safety of both customers and staff
Skills
- Basic knowledge of financial services and banking products is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic maths skills to handle transactions accurately
