Front of House (FOH) Server – Thetford Garden Centre
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Front of House Server to join our team at Thetford Garden Centre. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality or café environment and be confident providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Handling customer payments and operating the till.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Supporting team members during busy service periods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' Front of House or hospitality experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
- Availability to work alternate weekends or every weekend.
- Daytime shifts only – no evening work required.
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
