Thrive + Wild is a family leisure venue in Winchester, with soft play, a café, treatment rooms, studios and The Den, and we're looking for warm, friendly people to join our team.
As a Barista / Soft Play Assistant you'll be the face of the business on the floor: welcoming families, making great coffee, keeping the soft play safe and fun, and helping every visit run smoothly. No two shifts are the same. One minute you're on the coffee machine, the next you're greeting families at reception or keeping an eye on the play frame.
What you'll be doing
- Giving every customer a warm welcome and brilliant service.
- Making and serving drinks, food and snacks in the café.
- Supervising the soft play and keeping it safe, clean and fun.
- Helping on reception with check-ins, bookings and questions.
- Keeping things clean, tidy and running to standard.
What we're looking for
- A friendly, positive person who enjoys working with families and children.
- Reliable, hands-on and happy to muck in wherever you're needed.
- Calm and helpful when it's busy.
- Some customer-facing experience is great, but attitude matters most. We'll train you on the rest.
