Role OverviewThis is a management role with responsibility for the billing team staff members, alsobased in the London office, to manage FluidOnes billing systems and processes acrossall services, ensuring revenue f rom point of order to completion. This includes themonthly production of Invoices f rom two separate billing systems, revenue assurance forsupplier costs and margin and maintaining SLAs on our billing enquiries ticketing queue.
Working within the Commercial Support team to assist and support the Account Managers, throughout the sales cycle in a busy IT service and sales environment. The primary focus of this role will be proactively working and managing renewal quotes as well as performing administrative duties that includes but is not limited to;
Duties & Role Requirements:

Proactively managing renewal quotes

Checking contracts and licensing information

Creating quotes against technical specifications for both hardware and software

Liaising with Suppliers and Vendors for pricing and availability of products

Processing Sales Orders and creating Purchase Orders

Checking on ETAs and Delivery Dates

Invoicing

Creating RMAs
-
Liaising with other departments within the business

Working with Account Managers and dealing directly with customers
