This is a high‑impact role at the heart of the borough’s cultural ambition. You’ll work across Culture, Sport & Tourism to shape fundable projects, build a forward pipeline of opportunities, and secure external investment that drives innovation, inclusion and community wellbeing.
You will work proactively to identifying and assessing funding opportunities, building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with key funders and partners. - Funding pipeline management — developing a forward plan aligned with service priorities and emerging strategic objectives.
- Bid writing and applications — producing high‑quality, competitive submissions to trusts, foundations, public bodies and cross‑sector funders.
- Governance and compliance — ensuring monitoring, reporting, financial oversight and performance tracking meet funder expectations.
- Funded project management — overseeing delivery against objectives, outputs and budgets, taking corrective action where needed.
- Data, evidence and evaluation — developing and analysing demographic, performance and evaluation data to strengthen bids and demonstrate impact.
- Collaborative delivery — working closely with internal teams and external partners to support successful programme delivery and evaluation.
