Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective lessons in various subjects such as Carpentry, Plastering, Bricklaying, Plumbing, electrical tailored to individual learner needs
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Utilize diverse teaching methods and resources to foster an engaging learning atmosphere
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans in accordance with organizational standards
- Communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Adapt teaching strategies based on student feedback and evolving educational best practices
- Support learners in developing essential skills like communication, organization, and technical proficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong knowledge in teaching or tutoring across multiple subjects, especially Carpentry, Plastering, Bricklaying, Plumbing, electrical.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson planning, student records, and progress tracking
- Familiarity with IT tools and educational technology platforms for delivering interactive lessons
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently to diverse audiences
- Basic understanding of plumbing principles or related technical skills is desirable but not mandatory
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
