Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant (FULL COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING)
CTR Construction are looking for Two Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our modern office in Canterbury, Kent. Having established ourselves within the South East construction and engineering recruitment sectors, we’re looking to grow again.
Below is the timeframe we expect you to be earning £50k — all of our Consultants and Senior Consultants achieved this in less than three years:
- Year 1: £30,000 – £40,000
- Year 2: £40,000 – £50,000
- Year 3: £55,000+
The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be supporting our White Collar Division, placing candidates in the London and Essex regions.
You’ll be entering a highly competitive environment with weekly emails sent across the business showcasing a live league table of billings (nobody wants to be at the bottom).
You’ll receive training from Directors and senior team members and have a clear path to progress to Consultant and Senior Consultant level. You can expect to:
- Learn to conduct professional conversations over the phone and on Teams with prospective candidates
- Learn how to use your time efficiently and get the maximum output from your day
- Learn how to use multiple job boards effectively to maximise applications
- Learn how to write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients’ needs
- Conduct searches via our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools
- Build your own network of talented candidates to present to the market
