Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the service area before, during, and after shifts.
- Handle guest enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with food preparation when required, adhering to food safety standards.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to inform guests effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
