Operating primarily across London and the South East, we specialise in maintaining and improving residential and commercial properties, with a particular focus on social housing.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments across commercial properties in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidance
- Inspect water systems and identify potential Legionella risks and non-compliances
- Produce detailed risk assessment reports and recommendations
- Liaise with clients and site representatives to discuss findings and remedial actions
- Predominantly covering Ealing, with work across a range of commercial contracts including libraries, civic centres, office buildings, schools, and other local authority properties
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
- Previous experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments within commercial environments
- Good knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, and Legionella control requirements
- Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (City & Guilds, WMSoc, or equivalent)
- Full Driver’s Licence
