Hall Farm Cafe Restaurant is a very busy restaurant situated on the a12 between Ipswich and Colchester and we are looking for a passionate and hard working chef to join our ambitious team! the successful candidate must show a willingness to learn and be prepared to work in a very busy kitchen.
We are looking for a chef with experience in pastry and batch baking to work in our production kitchen which services our busy farm shop and restaurant. Responsibilities include running the section in all aspects, producing a wide array of home made goods both sweet and savoury, ranging from home made cakes, scones and cookies to sausage rolls, pasties and ready meals. Previous experience is required for this role although all training will be given.
Salary is competitive but may vary depending on age/experience. 28 days paid holiday with a standard working day being 7;30 am to 5;00 pm (No evenings).
