We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a FOH Manager at Hive Beach Café.
As a FOH Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Hive Beach Cafe Front of House, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experience, and team coordination. You will maintain high standards in food service, staff support, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring efficient and friendly service.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Oversee front of house service and service speed.
Manage cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
Stock control, ordering, and inventory checks.
Training and supporting new team members as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members, kitchen teams and management.
Health and safety: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Assist with recruitment.
Assist with legislation and up to date policies.
Ensure GP and financials are maintained.
Requirements & Skills:
Prior experience in hospitality or a Managerial role.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
You should be experienced using point-of-sale systems, rota and scheduling software, managing reservations, and analysing customer feedback to improve service delivery.
