Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them through our drink menu with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using basic math skills for accurate measurements and billing
- Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, respond to special requests, and handle any concerns promptly
- Monitor inventory levels regularly, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Follow all hospitality protocols, including responsible serving practices and adherence to legal age restrictions
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for accurately handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Familiarity with serving techniques and a passion for creating enjoyable guest experiences
