We’re looking for an organised, motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Operations & Procurement Coordinator.
This isn’t your typical office role. You’ll be at the centre of a fast-growing business, supporting our facilities management and trade supply operations while working closely with customers, suppliers and engineers. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business by:
- Managing customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Scheduling engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Processing customer orders received via our website, email and telephone.
- Managing and updating our online store, including products, pricing and content.
- Sourcing products and negotiating the best prices with suppliers.
- Raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Processing sales orders, quotations and invoices.
- Assisting with customer accounts and credit control.
- Maintaining accurate records and helping improve business processes.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional and confident speaking with customers and suppliers.
- Able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
- Commercially minded and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Experience in administration, procurement, customer service, sales support or e-commerce would be beneficial, but just as important is a positive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a growing team.
