We are currently seeking a confident Sales Consultant with expertise in luxury sales, to join our team and become an expert Art Dealer.
Opportunity:
The role is an art sales consultant role. You will be expected to work towards realistic but challenging individual sales targets, building and maintaining a loyal client base whilst creating sales opportunities.
- Be the main point of contact for our clients, sharing your passion for the fantastic range of artwork we offer
- Provide a personable and unique service to our clients, always going above and beyond and providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Book and carry out consultation appointments both in the gallery and in clients’ homes and offices
- Be comfortable selling luxury items that can range from £500 to £150,000 and have the ability to communicate and sell to customers of all levels and backgrounds
- Keep abreast of artist facts, art and interior trends, and what is happening within the wider art industry so that you can confidently talk to our clients about art investment opportunities
- Assist management in organising and hosting exclusive artist events and exhibitions

- You must be able to build and maintain successful relationships with your clients and be confident in encouraging new sales through pro-active engagement
- You must be comfortable working to personal sales targets and be motivated by them
- This role is full time, working 5 days over a 7 day working pattern on a rota basis (weekends included). Flexibility is required to support evening appointments and artist touring events
- Hold a UK driving license and have regular access to a car for home approvals
