A kitchen shift manager supports the kitchen manager and pub manager and takes responsibility for the kitchen operation. This includes supporting, leading and motivating the team to meet sales, profit and compliance tasks.
As a kitchen shift manager, you will run shifts and work unsupervised to achieve the following daily:
excellent customer service
- serving food to correct spec, while achieving food-delivery-time targets at all times
- adhering to all Wetherspoon SOPS and company policies to maintain a clean, safe and legal workplace
