The right person for the role:
You will need to have some previous B2B sales experience (2 years preferred)
We need someone who:
- Has proven experience talking to people and building rapport.
- Can convert opportunities to sales over the phone.
- Has a passion for SALES!
- Is keen to learn and is open to change
- Has solid computer literacy and the ability to use a CRM system to collect, update and use data efficiently
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Is organised with great time management.

Just to assure you, this is NOT a call centre-type role where you are tasked with how many random phone calls you can make in a minute – we are not about that AT ALL! We want people who will genuinely care about the needs of our customers and what we are trying to achieve as a business. If you are early on in your sales career, we will help you develop the skills that you will need to be successful at selling (which in turn leads to sales for the business, and commission for you!); it is much more important to us to get the right person(s) for the role
The Package:
- Starting salary – up to £30K (£42,500K OTE)
- on-going sales development
- This is a full-time position at 37.5 hours per week (typically Mon – Fri 8.00am-4.00pm)
- Holidays – 25 Days per year (increasing with length of service up to 28 days) plus Bank Holidays
