LaplandUK is an award-winning immersive theatrical experience that brings to life the original stories The Untold Story of Father Christmas and The Secrets of the Christmas Elves.
Every Christmas, thousands of families visit our enchanted forest to experience unforgettable moments filled with storytelling, theatre and festive magic. We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused people to help deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment families arrive until they continue their magical journey.
The Role
As a Guest Experience Assistant, you'll work across several guest-facing locations, including Woodland Check-In, Compass Lobby and the Post Office, ensuring every family receives a warm welcome and outstanding service.
No two days are the same. You could be:
- Welcoming families as they arrive.
- Checking guests in using touchscreen technology.
- Providing information and answering questions.
- Confirming booking details before guests meet Father Christmas.
- Helping children post letters to Father Christmas.
- Stamping Elven Passports.
- Keeping guest areas organised and running smoothly.
- Creating magical moments through every interaction.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll spend your day interacting with guests, solving problems and helping create memories that last a lifetime.
About You
We're looking for people who are:
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Friendly, confident and approachable.
- Excellent communicators.
- Comfortable using tablets and touchscreen technology.
- Calm under pressure and able to think on their feet.
- Reliable, organised and a great team player.
- Enthusiastic about creating memorable experiences for children and families.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, tourism, visitor attractions, leisure or events is beneficial but not essential.

Applicants must be available throughout the event period (7th Nov to 24th Dec) and commit to a minimum of three shifts per week.

As part of our immersive theatrical experience, successful applicants will be required to meet our appearance standards, including: Natural hair colour & No visible tattoos.
