Duties
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandising displays, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide training and mentorship to sales staff, fostering professional growth and team cohesion.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, communication, and organizational efficiency in all interactions.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing clientele.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while creating a welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Experience in retail management or sales management roles is preferred; supervisory experience is essential.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and retail software applications is desirable.
