Duties

- Provide training and mentorship to sales staff, fostering professional growth and team cohesion.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, communication, and organizational efficiency in all interactions.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing clientele.

Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks.
