M&BG Ltd is a rapidly expanding Facilities Management company delivering commercial maintenance services across the UK. With offices in Birmingham, Loughborough and our newly opened Bristol office, and an annual turnover now exceeding £7 million, we continue to grow our Window & Gutter Maintenance Division.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Contracts Coordinator to support the delivery of commercial window and gutter maintenance works across the UK. This role combines office-based coordination with hands-on site supervision, supporting operatives and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating window and gutter maintenance works
- Support and supervise operatives on site with general maintenance duties
- Carry out site audits, surveys and client visits
- Support estimating, quotations, job packs and reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers
- Help schedule jobs, organise resources and monitor performance
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all sites
- Produce site reports, photographic logs and progress updates
- Monitor quality of works and provide operational support to site teams
- Assist with ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales and budgets
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Professional, reliable and well organised
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Good numeracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to travel to sites when required
Desirable
- Experience within Facilities Management, maintenance, estimating or contracts support
- IPAF licence or willingness to undertake training
- Previous experience supervising operatives or subcontractors
- Knowledge of commercial maintenance environments
