Executive Assistant to the Group Operations Director
Location: HSL Chairs, Batley
Salary: £34,000.00 - £40,000.00 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (12 months Maternity Cover)
We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide exceptional administrative and organisational support at executive level.
This is a pivotal role that requires an individual who can manage competing priorities, act as a trusted representative of the CEO, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including complex diary and inbox management.
- Coordinate, schedule, and organise meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Book, coordinate, and host meetings in the absence of the CEO, ensuring discussions remain productive and actions are effectively communicated and delivered.
- Support the CEO with strategic projects and organisational initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or senior executive.
- Extensive diary management experience, including managing complex schedules and competing priorities.
- Experience booking, coordinating, and hosting meetings in the absence of the CEO.
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively on behalf of the CEO.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A professional, discreet, and highly confidential approach to work.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using scheduling and collaboration tools.
