We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven bar staff to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will ensure guests have an outstanding dining and entertainment experience. Your role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders efficiently, recommending menu items, and ensuring our high service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks, including craft beers, cocktails, and spirits.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink pairings and promotions.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure customers have an enjoyable experience while engaging with entertainment options like darts and shuffleboard.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Monitor and manage alcohol consumption responsibly, following licensing laws.
- Assist with stock management, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Support team members and work closely with waiting staff to ensure smooth service.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bar role is preferred but not essential.
- A passion for hospitality with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of beers, cocktails, and spirits (training provided if necessary).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
