Job Summary
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team in Leeds. What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily service delivery activities to ensure services are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and service requests.
- Schedule appointments, resources, and service activities.
- Monitor service performance and help ensure agreed service standards are achieved.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments to provide service updates.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Prepare routine operational reports and administrative documentation.
- Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure company procedures and service standards are consistently followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, service coordination, operations, scheduling, or a related role is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not required.

Pay: £2,450.00-£3,200.00 per month
