We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate therapist to join our family run, independent boutique salon. The applicant needs to be a friendly team player, delivers excellent customer service, confident in services they provide and strives for excellence in their profession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide range of advanced beauty treatments including facials, massage, waxing, manicure, pedicures and eye treatments.
- Perform level 3 treatments such as microdermabrasion, electrical facials, hot stones, massage and body treatments.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, skin types and contraindications.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation in all treatment areas,
- Ensure all treatments are delivered in line with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain a strong client base by offering excellent customer service and encouraging repeat bookings.
- Keep accurate client records, including treatment notes and consent forms.
- Participate in regular training and development to keep skills up to date.
- Support the wider team with reception duties, booking appointments and handling client enquiries when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
