The Opportunity
EverGrow Assets Sales & Lettings is a growing independent, family-run estate agency based in the heart of Hazel Grove.
We are looking for a confident, driven and experienced Estate Agent Lister to join our team and help grow our residential sales business across Hazel Grove, Stockport and surrounding areas.
This is an in-person, field-based role, working from our Hazel Grove branch and within the local area.
You will be responsible for generating new business, carrying out property valuations, winning instructions and building strong relationships with homeowners in your territory.

Your Role
- Generate new business and win property instructions
- Carry out market appraisals and property valuations
- Convert valuation opportunities into listings
- Prospect for new vendors through door knocking, telephone calls, networking, social media and local marketing
- Follow up valuation leads and prospective sellers
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Develop strong relationships with homeowners and local businesses
- Build your personal profile within the local property market
- Work closely with our branch team to successfully launch properties to market
- Represent EverGrow Assets professionally throughout the local community

About You
We would like to hear from people who have:
- Previous estate agency, property or strong sales experience
- Experience carrying out valuations or winning instructions is highly desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- A proactive approach to prospecting and generating new business
- Good local knowledge of Stockport and surrounding areas would be an advantage
- A professional but friendly approach
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- A self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle

Earnings
£70,000 – £120,000 OTE per year
Earnings are commission-based and uncapped, allowing high-performing listers to benefit directly from the business they generate.
