We're looking for an exceptionally organised Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our growing team. If you're proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping projects running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll provide executive support to the leadership team while coordinating the day-to-day operations of the agency, helping to deliver major live events and high-profile PR and media campaigns for leading brands, talent and organisations.
Working closely with the senior team, you'll manage multiple projects, coordinate team priorities, support the scheduling and management of freelance staff, and ensure deadlines are met across the business. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, organisation and momentum to a busy, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the leadership team.
- Coordinate agency operations and day-to-day administration.
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel and project schedules.
- Coordinate team workloads and priorities across multiple projects.
- Support the recruitment, scheduling and management of freelance staff.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of live events, awards and conferences.
- Maintain project plans, databases, reports and key documentation.
- Liaise confidently with clients, partners, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines and keep projects progressing on schedule.
- Provide operational support across PR, events and communications activity.

About You
You'll be:
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- Experienced in executive support, operations or project coordination.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident coordinating people, projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
Experience within an agency, events, PR, media, marketing or communications environment would be an advantage but isn't essential.
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
