About the Role
As a Team Leader you will lead by example and support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. You will play a key role in promoting independence, choice and community inclusion whilst supporting your team to deliver outstanding support.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You will support people to achieve their goals, lead shifts, complete audits, provide supervision to staff and work alongside families and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within Health and Social Care
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping people achieve their goals
- Ability to motivate and develop others
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
