THE POSITION
Clean homes either solo or with a teammate
Perform Move-Out, Deep-Clean, and Recurring Clean services
Focus on kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Deliver a five-star customer experience every time
Take before and after photos to showcase your work
Make the client happy and proud of their clean home
WHO YOU ARE
Cleaning experience is a must
Must be willing to drive to job locations
Cleaning experience or your own cleaning business is a plus
Strong communication skills area MUST
Good people skills—cleaning is about service, not just scrubbing. Warm smile, professional attitude, and pride in your work
Must bring own cleaning equipment
COMPENSATION
We don't pay hourly—because every home is different. Our cleaners
consistently earn £20-£30 per hour (we have not had anyone earn less).

Experience
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods
