Summary of the role:
We are looking for passionate customer service Host/ Hostess that loves variety in their day-to-day work life as every day is a different day and potentially different site / client. This role would be working on of our client's sites in Manchester City Centre alongside a wider front of house team.

Main Duties:
- Take ownership of reception to create the best experience for staff and building occupiers.
- Greet visitors, staff, and clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Collaborate with the Building Manager and wider facilities team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with on site with events, from charity fundraisers to seasonal celebrations and company campaigns.
- Be a point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring security standards and guest registration are upheld.
- Manage the reception area while supporting FM administrative tasks and event planning during quieter periods.
- Organise and host fun, interactive events for employees and guests, creating memorable experiences.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and presentation at all times.
- Be adaptable and ready to step into any role, from host to entertainer, while maintaining a personable service.
- Working base hours 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.
Qualifications:
· Experience within Customer Service
· Exceptional written and oral communication
- Good Interpersonal/people skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
· Attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills within Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
