We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career within a fast-growing healthcare company with opportunities for progression.
Responsibilities:
- Answer patient calls and resolve enquiries.
- Manage customer support via Intercom, email, and live chat.
- Liaise with clinics, couriers, and suppliers.
- Submit and manage courier claims.
- Order stock from suppliers.
- Process returns and complete general administrative tasks.
- Managing Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and customer feedbacks
- Maintaining accurate patient records and notes within internal systems.
- Ensuring GDPR and patient confidentiality requirements are followed.
- Assisting with operational and pharmacy administration tasks as required.
- Identifying recurring customer issues and suggesting process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' customer service experience.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, GP surgery, dental practice, private clinic, or patient support services preferred.
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM, ticketing, or helpdesk systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with sensitive patient situations.
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders including patients, clinics, couriers, suppliers, and manufacturers.

Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
