Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Supervisor to support the management team and help ensure smooth daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career with a focus on team support and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Lead and oversee shifts, ensuring smooth service and team coordination
- Provide guidance and support to front- and back-of-house staff during service
- Handle customer interactions and resolve minor issues professionally
- Assist with basic operational tasks such as opening/closing procedures, monitoring cleanliness, and stock rotation
- Ensure team adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Contribute to team morale and a positive working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality role with some supervisory responsibilities
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in leading a team during busy periods
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations (e.g., cash handling, stock use, shift management)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment
