As a Bakery Assistant you will be ensuring high-quality food production and exceptional customer service along with adhering to food safety and culinary practices.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Experience in food production and restaurant operations is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various bakery items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline food production processes.
- Demonstrate culinary skills by following recipes and adjusting as needed.
- Manage time effectively to meet production schedules and customer demands.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
