The Role
As Operations Coordinator, you will play a central role in bringing each property to market with care, accuracy and a strong sense of Finest’s standard. From onboarding new instructions and coordinating photography, EPCs, floor plans and compliance, to preparing listings, writing marketing text and keeping clients, suppliers and internal teams updated, this is a varied role for someone who enjoys detail, organisation and the satisfaction of seeing a property journey come together beautifully.
Your Role with Us
- Oversee the full property onboarding process, including coordinating property photography and Energy Performance Certificate assessments, assisting with floor plans, preparing and updating property listings, writing marketing text, and ensuring all necessary documentation and client contracts are issued and processed efficiently.
- Conduct compliance-related tasks, including Money Laundering Identification (MLID) checks, to maintain adherence to regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the creation of Marketing Reports, offering insights into property performance and market trends.
- Manage communications and relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring services are delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate records and data in our internal systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support the team.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
