We're supporting hospitals nationwide, ensuring clean, well-ventilated, and heated spaces that aid patient recovery. We help cut energy use, carbon emissions, and waste costs, drawing on global best practice from over 400 healthcare projects (including Royal London, St Bartholomew’s, Mansfield, Papworth, Derby).
We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Manager, based at The Royal London, who will ensure that the application of our holistic engineering management is correct for the site.
As the Senior Technical Manager, you will:
- Obtain the ability of reviewing operational asset performance data to validate the lifecycle plan, ensuring that the Capital Works pipeline is healthy whilst driving efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain asset databases, condition-based asset plans and asset care strategies to support operational and project delivery.
- Analyse asset performance and condition data, working with sustainability teams to support energy management initiatives and Net Carbon Zero planning.
- Play a key role and review declared compliance status and action plans to ensure that the correct prioritisation is applied minimising risk.
- Drive the development of software, hardware and data-centric solutions, improving working practices and creating evidence-based business cases to support effective organisational change.
Act as the guidance and reviewer to the holistic Technical Management accountable for the mechanical package delivery. Prepare and attend contractual meetings to evidence SLAs and KPIs.

We are looking for:
- B-ENG/C-ENG in applicable engineering field preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate logical problem solving.
- Ability to adapt and develop business processes and effectively communicate these changes to operational teams.
- Demonstration of the ability to work with, produce, and analyse engineering data and reports.
- Ability to integrate with peer groups, and manage through influence.
- Competent with MS Office packages.
