We’re looking for an Events Assistant to join our growing Birmingham team, working across events campaigns where customer engagement, sales and creating a strong brand experience go hand in hand.
We represent clients across a variety of sectors, supporting campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, attract new customers and drive results. One of our current areas of growth is events, giving you the opportunity to represent different brands, engage directly with customers and develop hands-on experience in sales and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities of an Events Assistant
- Represent clients at events and promotional campaigns
- Engage with customers and build genuine rapport
- Present products, services, and campaign offers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Generate sales and new customer acquisitions
- Work towards individual and team campaign targets
- Deliver a positive experience while representing client brands
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people
- A strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
- Motivated by targets, progression, and results
- Positive, reliable, and a strong team player
- Keen to develop their sales and communication skills
Experience in sales, events, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage, but full training is provided.

Hours & Location
This is a full-time role based in Birmingham, with flexibility required around event and campaign schedules, including some evenings and weekends.
